Shipping and Return Policy

 

The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays.

 

Deliveries - the Netherlands
All orders placed before 6pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days. During the holidays this can be longer. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a local pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you will need to show an ID document when picking up your order.

Outside Europe
Packages will be shipped (see shipping costs above) using our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL or DHL Express. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Emma Catharina, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. We deliver to UK, USA, Australia and Norway.

Product Appearance
The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display can accurately display the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly in colour from those images.

Processing Guidelines
All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

Delivery Date estimates
We aim to deliver all orders within five working days of your order being processed. For the holiday periods, we are looking at 7 - 12 day window for delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

International Shipping Policies
If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.

Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please be sure to include your name, e-mail, phone number, order number and product(s) you want to return.

 

Refunds can be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. Please note that the returned must be send back within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging included. 

 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

 

RETURNS EU CUSTOMERS

To apply a return please e-mail us at info@emmacatharina.com. Pack returning items if possible in original box with associated packaging materials. The shipping costs are not  covered. If the package gets lost it’s your own responsibility so we recommend to send it with a track & trace code.

 

RETURNS NON-EU CUSTOMERS

We do not accept returns from non-eu customers. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please e-mail us at info@emmacatharina.com. The shipping costs are not covered. If the package gets lost it’s your own responsibility so we recommend to send it with a track & trace code.

 

Items that were bought with a discount (during a sale period or with a discount code) will be refunded as store credit.
